*alle 18-vuotiaat, eläkeläiset, opiskelijat, työttömät, veteraanit, varussotilaat ja siviilipalvelustaan suorittavat.
Huomaathan, että Cinema Orionin omat sarjaliput ja lahjaliput eivät käy vierailevien festivaalien näytöksiin.
Cinema Orionissa ei ole numeroituja paikkoja, eli oman paikan saa valita vapaasti.
Ovet saliin aukeavat n. 20-15 min ennen näytöksen alkua.
Cinema Orion Club membership and discount
Liittymällä klubijäseneksi ja maksamalla 10 € vuosimaksun saat 1 euron alennuksen pääsylippusi hinnasta. Normaalinäytösten klubilaishinta on siis joko 11 tai 8,50 €. Huomioithan, että the club discount doesn't apply to every film in the programme. Additional information at the Orion Club page.
Serial card
5-lipun sarjakortti maksaa 55 € ja on voimassa 12 kk. Sarjakortin voi ostaa kassaltamme tai verkkokaupastamme: https://cinemaorion.fi/osta-sarjakortti/sarjakortti/
Cinema Orionin sarjakortit eivät ole henkilökohtaisia, joten ne käyvät hyvin esim. ryhmille.
Avoin lahjakortti haluamallesi summalle: lahjakortti on voimassa 12 kk ja sillä voi lunastaa sekä elokuvalippuja että leffaherkkuja. Leffaherkut voi ostaa vain kassalta. Lahjakorttia voi käyttää osissa. Lahjakortin voi ostaa täältä: https://cinemaorion.fi/osta-sarjakortti/lahjakortti/
Sarjakortin, avoimen lipun ja lahjakortin käyttö verkkokaupssa
Verkkokaupassa pääset vaihtamaan sarjakortin tai avoimen lipun näytöskohtaiseen lippuun, kun valitset ensin verkkokaupasta normaalihintaisen lipun. Sen jälkeen kauppaan avautuu kenttä ”sarjakortit ja lahjakortit”, johon voit syöttää lipussa olevan koodin. Verkkokauppa vähentää tällöin automaattisesti lipun hinnan ja käyttää lipun sarjakortiltasi tai avoimelta lipultasi.

Ways of payment
Tickets for screenings can be purchased in the online store when ordering, or at the box office of the cinema.
You can pay with the most common debit or credit cards in the online store. Payment can also be performed through online bank service. Payment goes via Paytrail Oyj site.
Maksuvälineinä käyvät tällä hetkellä myös ePassi-mobiilimaksutapa, joilla voi maksaa ainoastaan teatterin lipunmyyntipisteessä sekä Smartum-maksutavat (myös nettikaupassa).
"Gift4you" gift card käy myös maksutapana Cinema Orionissa. Lahjakortteja saa mm. R-kioskilta. Huomioithan, että lahjakortin hintavaihtoehdot ovat 45€/35€/22,5€, mutta käyttöarvo 37€/29€/18€, sillä Gift4you pidättää lahjakortistaan komission. Lahjakortin voit vaihtaa näytöskohtaisiin lippuihin ainoastaan kassallamme, sillä se sisältää myös herkkutuotteita.
Exchange and return policy
Ostettuja lippuja ei lunasteta takaisin eikä vaihdeta toisiin näytöslippuihin.

*the discounted price of 9,50€ is eligible for minors, retirees, students, the unemployed, veterans, active military conscripts and active civil service people.
Please note that the Cinema Orion serial tickets or gift cards are not valid at visiting festivals.
There is no numbered seats in Cinema Orion, so you can freely choose your seat. The screening room doors open approx. 20-15 minutes before the screening.
Club membership and discount
By joining our club membership you get a 1€ discount on tickets for certain screenings. More information can be found here https://cinemaorion.fi/en/orion-klubi/
Serial ticket
A serial ticket contains 5 tickets, costs 55€, and is viable for 12 months. You can buy a serial ticket from the cinema or from our online shop: https://cinemaorion.fi/osta-sarjakortti/sarjakortti/
Gift card
Open gift card for a sum of your choice. With this gift card you can purchace screening tickets and also sweets and drinks. The gift card is valid for 12 months and you can use it also partially. Using serial ticket, open ticket (avoin lippu) and gift card in online store
You can change your serial ticket or open single ticket to a screening ticket of your choise in our online store. Select a normal price ticket to your basket and after you can add your ticket code to an appearing field for ”serial cards and gift cards”. After adding your card number, the system gives you automatically a reduction on the webshop and uses the serial ticket / open ticket from your card.
Reserving tickets
Unfortunately due to change of the ticketing system, the reservation is not possible at the moment.
Payment methods
Tickets can be paid either in our online store, or at the theater.
All common debit and credit cards are viable methods, as are online banking services. All online payments use the Paytrail oyj service.
You can also use ePassi mobile application for payment at our ticket register. Smartum payments work at the cashier and in the online shop.
Change and return policy
Bought tickets cannot be refunded or switched to a different ticket.
Gift4you Giftcard is also a viable payment method in Orion. These giftcards can be bought at different stores, for example R-Kiosks. The company selling these cards also takes a small comission from the full price.
