Romansseja ilman rakkautta – tutustu 16-vuotiaan Suzannen tarinaan tässä vuoden 1984 parhaan elokuvan César-palkinnon voittaneessa teoksessa.
Helmikuun ranskalaiselokuva seuraa 16-vuotiasta Suzannea, joka yrittää irrottautua autoritäärisestä mutta arvostetusta isästään holtittomien irtosuhteiden kautta. Elokuva on Maurice Pialat’n käsialaa ja sitä pidetään yhtenä 80-luvun ranskalaisen elokuvan kohokohtina.
Suzanne on 16-vuotias. Hän huomaa, että rakastaminen on vaikeaa, mutta irtosuhteiden harrastaminen helppoa, myöskin sellaisten miesten kanssa, joista hän ei pidä. February’s French film follows 16-year-old Suzanne as she embarks on a sexual rebellion in order to gain independence from her authoritarian yet respected father. The film was directed by Maurice Pialat and is considered one of the highlights of 1980s French cinema.
Suzanne is sixteen. She is discovering that while loving is difficult, sleeping around is easy—even with men she doesn’t care for. For her, pleasure is nothing more than a way to keep her from dying. She lives her life like a wild animal, defined by her miniskirts and messy hair. With her hard stare and her pout, she radiates nothing but violence.
